By using StoryCraft ("the Application"), you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service

StoryCraft is a desktop application that assists content creators with drafting, producing, and publishing short-form videos to TikTok. The Application uses AI to help with script writing and video production workflow, and integrates with TikTok's Content Posting API to publish content on behalf of the authenticated user.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content published through the Application. You must own the rights to all content you publish and comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

3. API Usage

The Application uses TikTok's official Content Posting API. All publishing actions require your explicit authentication and authorization. You may revoke access at any time through your TikTok account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Application. StoryCraft does not claim ownership of your videos, scripts, or any content you produce.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is." We are not responsible for content removals, account actions taken by TikTok, or any loss of revenue.
